Search childcare centers, licensed and license-exempt, loaded from each state's own lists (family homes excluded). A sweep returns active centers unless `status` asks for more.
Get childcare center details GET
One childcare center as its state lists it, with its people. The center is served whole on every plan. Its people depend on the plan: a paid plan gets each person in full, and a free plan gets a title alone for anyone not already in its contacts.
