Requires the board layer entitlement. Matches the URL (and its percent-encoded/decoded and http/https spellings) against the district's meeting documents, or a BoardDocs meeting deep link against the meeting itself. data is null when the district holds no such record.

Requires the existing board layer entitlement (paid or followed district). Matches the current attachment fingerprint and saved-file SHA256. Metadata is the default; content returns the unchanged normalized JSON up to 3 MiB; download returns a bearer URL valid for 60 seconds. Execution status is not an accuracy grade. Nullable meeting associations are preserved.
Open one board meeting GET
Requires the board layer entitlement (paid or followed district); gated callers get the empty teaser envelope and nothing is read. Returns the meeting with its agenda items, whole-meeting and item documents (each with the attachment_id the board-documents route takes), playable video (YouTube/Vimeo embeds, https MP4) and the transcript when ready, stitched from caption lines into paragraphs. Same-day meetings from the district's other sources (e.g. a YouTube row beside a BoardDocs row) contribute their video and transcript and are listed as companions.
