Read one meeting file's text

Requires the board layer entitlement. The file's text from the first source that has it: the board search index (source: index), the pipeline's parse of the saved file in the document-results store (source: parsed), or a web page's own text read from the file (source: original). data is null when neither has text — a PDF is then read in the browser.

Read one meeting file's bytes GET

Requires the board layer entitlement (paid or followed district). Streams the file from the saved copy when board file storage is configured, else from the district's own public URL. The file must belong to this meeting and the meeting to this district. HTTP Range requests pass through (206).

Play one meeting's saved recording GET

Requires the board layer entitlement (paid or followed district). Redirects to a short-lived signed link to the saved recording, so it streams and seeks directly from storage; without a saved copy, redirects to the district's own https file. The recording must belong to this meeting and the meeting to this district.
