Search Head Start programs: a federal grant as its recipient runs it, or a delegate agency running part of one. Loaded from the Office of Head Start's national service location dataset, with USAspending grant dates and dollars. A sweep returns active programs unless `status` asks for more.

Unfollow DELETE

Records the unfollow (history is preserved). The slot returns after 14 days, or immediately when unfollowing within 24 hours of the follow.

Search Head Start programs with a JSON body POST

Body-backed equivalent of GET /head-start-programs for large ID sets. Each property uses the same string representation and validation as the corresponding GET query parameter.
