Download a file from a message
Returns the file itself. Two sources sit behind one address: a file the org sent is read from its own storage, while a file a district sent is fetched from the mail provider on demand — Bellwork records the name and size of an inbound attachment but never copies the bytes. Always served as an attachment, never inline.

Deletes Bellwork's record of a message. This is NOT an unsend — a message that has already gone is in the recipient's inbox and cannot be reached. Useful for a test send, a message filed against the wrong person, or correspondence a customer would rather not keep on file.
People you can write to GET
The org's contacts, for the compose picker — name, title, district, and whether they can be reached by email or LinkedIn. Only reachable people are returned: someone with neither is a dead end dressed as a choice, and you would only find out after writing the message.
