Whether you are connected to someone on LinkedIn
Looks a LinkedIn member up through the caller's own connected LinkedIn account and says whether they are connected, a request is pending, or neither — so a message is only offered to a connection. Pass `org_contact_id` or a profile `url`. Read-only, but it counts as a profile view on the caller's account.

}Search LinkedIn for people by name GET
LinkedIn's people search, run as the caller's own connected LinkedIn account, for writing to someone the contact book does not have. Spends one of that account's LinkedIn searches. A LinkedIn-side refusal returns an empty list with `error` and `message`.
People you can write to GET
The org's contacts, for the compose picker — name, title, district, and whether they can be reached by email or LinkedIn. Only reachable people are returned: someone with neither is a dead end dressed as a choice, and you would only find out after writing the message.
