Who the caller may name as a sequence's sender
The caller first, then every teammate who has shared a working connected account with the team. Each comes with the address email would leave from and any problem that stops it sending. The same rule the create and save routes enforce, so nothing listed here is refused there. Gated by the `sequencer` module; otherwise responds 403 module_required.

}Start a new sequence POST
Creates an empty sequence in `draft`. The canvas fills in the steps and arrows, then saves them with PUT. `org_id` and `created_by` are always taken from the session, never the request body. `sender_profile_id` names who it sends as and defaults to the caller; anyone else must be a teammate who has shared a working connected account (see `/org/sequences/senders`), or it is refused 422 `sender_not_allowed` with the allowed senders named.
Get a sequence and its whole graph GET
The sequence plus every step and arrow, including each step's saved canvas position. This is what the canvas loads.
