Remove a file
Deletes the file and its record. A message that already went out with it keeps the attachment on its timeline — the name and size stay — but the file is no longer downloadable. The copy in the recipient's inbox is theirs and cannot be reached.

Stores one file, as multipart form data, and returns its record. The id is what a send names in `document_ids`. Uploading is deliberately its own step: a large file is already up by the time the message is written, and a refused send does not cost the upload twice. Capped at 25MB, which is the ceiling email itself imposes.

Returns the bytes. Served through the API rather than as a signed storage URL, which would be a bearer token for that object that outlives the session and survives being forwarded.
