Deletes the file and its record. A message that already went out with it keeps the attachment on its timeline — the name and size stay — but the file is no longer downloadable. The copy in the recipient's inbox is theirs and cannot be reached.

Every example email in the org's template library, active ones first. Each entry pairs when-to-use guidance with an example subject/body that draftEmail() and Eve mimic when writing outreach. Gated by the `email_templates` module; otherwise responds 403 module_required.
